BEWARE OF BAD DREAMS
CAUSE & EFFECT
Have you ever experienced waking up one time from a dream
at the middle of the night, catching your breath? Then you found it hard to
sleep again? Most of us experience them:
weird, vivid, stressful and unusual dreams .Though we are not totally aware of
this subconscious thoughts we have during sleep still there are some times
wherein they could have great effect on what will be our mood for the day. Those
negative dreams of ours could leave us feeling anxious for a broad range of
hours or even throughout the day depending on its impact upon us. Be it
fearful, sad or angry – the ensuing mood is a reflection of those dreams we had.
You probably
can’t prevent every bad dream from creeping into your bedroom at night but it’s
up to you how to manage your reaction towards it.
