HOW COULD I BE DREAMING?
DEFINITION OF PROCESS

According to psychologists, there are certain process which our physical and mental being must undergo before we could come up to state of dreaming. First stage would be the very light sleep which only last to few minutes and if not disturbed by anything or anyone will quickly go to next stage. Stage 2 is the deeper stage of sleep. Here muscles are relaxed, heart rate slowed down and blood pressure falls. Dreamer is also difficult to wake up to this stage. Here, dreams start to brew up but only not that clear. Last stage is the deepest sleep of all .Blood pressure and heart rate will both start to fluctuate. Then REM or Rapid Eye Movement will come .If the sleeper is woken up during this time, he or she will be able to remember a recently dreamt dream. The first REM period will last only about ten minutes. After that, the sleeper goes back into a previous stage of sleep. Again, the sleeper goes into a REM stage after a short period and cycles through REM until the sleeper is woken up.
